Processing Time

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Because many of our items are handcrafted or made to order, processing and fulfillment times may vary. Please allow 7–14 business days for standard orders to be prepared for shipment. Custom pieces or special orders may require additional time.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship exclusively through trusted carriers to ensure the safe delivery of your order. Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International delivery times vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier availability.

Please note that Chrome Hearts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier issues beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Chrome Hearts does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services. Certain items containing exotic materials may be subject to additional shipping regulations or regional restrictions.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the purchase price.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Customer Care immediately. Our team will work directly with the carrier to assist in locating or resolving the issue.
